Oliver A. Jones – Founder of Illumacom

Oliver Jones attended the University of California at Berkeley and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a graduate of Boalt Hall and holds a Masters Degree in City Planning.  Oliver taught Public Policy and Criminal Justice at both UC Berkeley and Stanford in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s. He has lectured extensively on public safety issues at dozens of colleges and universities both in the United States and abroad.

Oliver has been in private law practice for 25 years. Illumacom’s co-founder, Suane Thompson is his partner in the firm of Jones & Thompson. Together Oliver and Suane are recognized experts in toxic tort litigation, often resulting from refinery accidents and toxic spills. Over the last 15 years, they have represented thousands of residents affected by pollution events resulting in exposure and injury. more about Oliver >>
